Vincent Leong - Managing Director
A founding member of Research Plus, Vincent has been closely involved in many accounts for government, quasi-government, and blue-chip clients such as the IDA, The Esplanade, Canon, Citibank, MobileOne, and Singapore Pools, among many others.
Vincent has played key roles in directing and providing high-end consulting to numerous projects spanning different industries. The scope of his portfolio includes product feasibility studies; customer satisfaction assessments; customer relationship management; internal climate studies; key performance / market indicator studies; retail and market-entry strategies; market segmentation; market assessment studies, etc.
Prior to Research Plus, Vincent worked at HDB, where he held double portfolios as a research analyst and systems analyst, and performed contingent analyses for Ministers and Members of Parliament. With a wide portfolio of studies and experiences under his belt, Vincent possesses a wealth of expertise in designing and managing studies that value-adds to and meet clients’ needs.
Cindy Pang - Assistant Director
As Assistant Director at Research Plus, Cindy brings with her ten years of experience in conducting marketing research, from both the research agency and client perspective.
She has worked on research projects in a number of industries with companies like MobileOne, British American Tobacco, InterContinental Hotels Group, Visa Inc. and projects for the government sector and cosmetic companies. In most of her career prior to Research Plus, she held regional positions and was responsible for implementing and managing regional research projects in the Asia-Pacific (including Australia and New Zealand) region.
Her scope of work was focused on large-scale brand health tracking, brand segmentation, econometric studies, advertisement evaluation and tracking, consumer feedback and satisfaction measurement, and ethnographic research. In addition to project implementation, she has helped internal clients interpret the findings and utilize those insights for follow-up action plans.
With her wealth of experience in conducting and using marketing research to evaluate and drive brands, Cindy is well equipped to provide actionable recommendations to projects under her stewardship.
