The team boasts of specialists well acquainted with the latest advances in research and business management, the majority with business degrees specialising in marketing or management.

Vincent Leong- Managing Director
Vincent is one of the founding members of Research Plus. He brings a wealth of experience to the company, having worked in the Housing Development Board (Singapore), where he held double portfolios as a research analyst and systems analyst, and performed contingent analyses for Ministers and Members of Parliament.

He brings a wealth of experience in large-scale data collection and management, having administered a number of such projects using various fieldwork techniques. His understanding of data and research has allowed him to effectively design and implement various research strategies for our clients, ranging from the development of pricing models, to database segmentation for CRM purposes.

Vincent’s strength is in his ability to conceptualize and execute customized solutions for clients to meet their special research needs. Like Research Plus, he strongly believes that no two clients are alike, and hence research methodologies should be customized to the most powerful and value-added configuration.

Since founding the company, Vincent has been managing and performing critical analyses for Research Plus' projects for blue-chip clients such as Infocomm Development Authority, National Environment Agency, Ministry of Finance, British American Tobacco, MobileOne, Singapore Pools, StarHub, and Underwater World. Vincent is also a corporate trainer in market research.

Vincent graduated from the University of Singapore with a major in Computer Science

 

Lim Sin Jin - Executive Director
Sin Jin is an experienced consultant in the arenas of CFS systems, consumer research and telecommunications. He is also one of the founding members of this firm.

Sin Jin is also experienced in the Service Quality and ICT industries, where he has worked on a wide range of consulting projects for the past 8 years. He consults on both the strategy formulation as well as operations management with key telecom operators in the Asia Pacific region. The scope of his experience includes market assessment, entry strategies and churn management with operators such as MobileOne (Singapore), Extelcom (the Philippines), ex-Hong Kong Telecom (PCCW HKT), Shanghai Telecom (China), and SK Telecom (South Korea).
Prior to joining Research Plus, Sin Jin was Acting Director (from 1999 to 2000) with The Strategis Group, a Washington DC-based telecoms research house, where he tracked and analyzed developments in the Asia Pacific telecommunications arena.

Sin Jin completed his BBA (Hons) at the National University of Singapore, with a major in Marketing. His primary research area is in consumer satisfaction, in which he still retains a strong interest. He has presented his research findings in the "Association for Consumer Research Conference".

Sin Jin holds an MBA from INSEAD.
